Once you have registered your interest, you will soon be contacted by a member of our recruitment team who will arrange to meet you for a more detailed discussion either about a particular pub vacancy or in more general terms.

The next step will then be to meet the Area Business Manager and have a ‘behind the scenes’ viewing of the pub you are interested in. You will be asked to prepare a business plan and financial forecast to help you present your ideas and also show that you have looked into the business in detail. At your meeting with the Area Business Manager you will be provided with trading and licensing information together with a copy of our Code of Practice that will help you prepare your plans for the pub.

If you are successful with your application then an offer will be made to you in writing followed by an agreed change over date. You will also receive the necessary training and be booked onto our TULIP induction training programme prior to going into your pub so you have the best possible start to your new business.
